Reliable Pond and Lagoon Lining with Cementitious Blankets

Vulnerabilities of Traditional Pond Liners

Traditional pond lining and lagoon lining using geomembranes are prone to significant vulnerabilities. These liners can easily puncture during installation or from animal activity, and they frequently leak at welded seams. Furthermore, standard geomembranes degrade under prolonged UV exposure and often require a protective overburden. Installing them on complex pond shapes is difficult, making finish pond lining and aquaculture applications risky and prone to failure over time.

The Seamless Cementitious Blanket Solution

Our cementitious blanket provides a superior, rigid waterproof barrier for pond lining and lagoon lining. Unlike flexible membranes, this cementitious composite is highly puncture-resistant and inherently UV resistant, eliminating the need for protective overburden. The seamless installation process completely removes leak paths, ensuring flawless seepage prevention. Perfect for finish pond lining and aquaculture, this cement canvas creates a durable, stable surface that is durable up to 50 years, providing peace of mind for water containment.

ASTM-Certified Quality and Performance

Engineered as a high-performance geosynthetic cementitious composite mat (GCCMs), our rolled fabric concrete meets rigorous ASTM standard guidelines. It delivers exceptional compressive strength and flexural strength to withstand hydrostatic pressure and environmental stress. The geotextile composite is completely waterproof and offers superior Freeze-Thaw resistance. As a versatile other earthwork product, this erosion control blanket ensures long-term structural integrity and soil and water loss prevention for all water retention applications.
